Hi! My name is Shawnee and I am a veterinary assistant. I have a passion for working with and helping animals in whatever way that I can. Before I moved to Virginia, I worked at an animal shelter in Florida for 3 years, where I learned a lot about animal behavior. I spent most of my time meeting and taking care of new dogs and cats while trying to help them find their furever homes. I have 3 quirky rescue dogs of my own Abby, Artemis, and Lilly. In my spare time, I like to use my dogs to practice my photography skills, read lots of books, and play video games.

Hi, my name is Haley. I am dual trained in reception and as a veterinary assistant. I have a 6 year old German Shepherd named Maverick. I have worked with and owned dogs must of my life. I trained obedience and duck hunting dogs for about 3 years and it is definitely my passion. In my off time I enjoy training Maverick for tracking, going to our beach house in OBX, and working on my race car with my dad.

Hey there, nice to meet you! My name is Alison and I am one of your fun receptionists. I fell in love with veterinary medicine when I started in ER almost 6 years ago and I can say it’s been a journey! I love getting to interact with clients and meet new fur babies. I also enjoy taking continued education courses to learn more about the vet field. There’s just so much to learn! When I’m not working you can find me sipping on iced coffee, snuggling my pups, and watching tv ( Harry Potter most likely)! I have 2 dogs; an Australian Shepherd named Dusty and an Aussie Mix named Holly.
